Are items exposed to cigarette smoke?
Absolutely not! I make all items in my smoke free home. That means no exposure to cigarettes, pipes, or cigars. Rest assured that items bought from my store will not trigger smoke allergies and will arrive smelling fresh and clean!

Have my items been exposed to animals? I have allergies!
I do have a dog and a cat in my home. I do also keep my crafting supplies put away so that the pets don't lay on them and cover them with hair. I make a concerted effort to keep all my projects free from pet hair and dander. I do not suspect that anything you get from my store will trigger an allergic reaction to my pets, but I cannot rule that out. I can assure you that I make every effort to have minimal exposure to the cat and the dog while I am making things, or storing them awaiting sale.

Are these items mass-produced?
No. These items are hand made either individually or in small batches (depending on the item). Small irregularities are expected since these products are hand made and should give items character and help to make them unique.

Can I pay with my Visa, Mastercard, or Discover?
Sure you can! If you do not wish to use PayPal to pay for your merchandise, simply contact me and I will be happy to process your credit card using my Square account.

Can I get something made custom?
I completely understand wanting to get that perfect item made especially for you in the colors or material of your choice! However, due to the current demands on my time it is simply not feasible to take on commissioned projects. If at some point in the future this changes, I will be sure to update this FAQ and my About section!
